Partnership announced between Canopy Biosciences and Navinci
Partnership announced between Canopy Biosciences – A Bruker Company – and Navinci Diagnostics AB
We are pleased to announce that Navinci’s innovative in situ proximity ligation technology can now be offered by Canopy Biosciences as part of their CRO service lab, enabling more researchers than ever to visualise and quantify proteins, protein-protein interactions and post-translational modifications in situ.
Additionally, Navinci’s isPLA can be integrated with Canopy’s CellScape™ platform, pairing protein interaction data with high-plex targeted spatial proteomics. Researchers can use one of Canopy’s VistaPlex™ Multiplex Assay kits following an in situ proximity ligation assay for deeper analysis into the cell types involved in the observed protein-protein interactions. The integration of Navinci’s technology onto the CellScape was presented at AACR in April 2024, and can be viewed here: view AACR presentation.
“We are pleased to partner with Navinci and to deploy their isPLA technology on our CellScape Precise Spatial Multiplexing platform. The combination of our VistaPlex Assay Panels for multiplexed biomarker detection and isPLA for protein-protein interactions enables us to analyze the tumor microenvironment in previously unmatched detail. We can now ask a comprehensive set of questions starting with, What cells are present? and, How are these cells organized? and proceeding to, Who is talking to whom, and how?” – Oliver Braubach, Director of Research & Development at Canopy Biosciences
“Our partnership with Canopy is all about breaking new ground and unlocking exciting possibilities in spatial biology. Together, we will push the boundaries, setting the stage for transformative applications that will redefine what’s possible in our field.” – Agata Zieba-Wicher, Chief Product and Science Officer at Navinci
