Navinci launches NaveniBright™ AUTO for implementation of isPLA on automated staining platforms
Uppsala, Sweden – October 13, 2026 — Navinci announces the launch of NaveniBright™ AUTO, extending its automated isPLA portfolio to open automated staining platforms and enabling implementation of protein interaction analysis using standard HRP-based detection workflows.
Building on Navinci’s established portfolio of automated isPLA solutions, NaveniBright™ AUTO expands access to automated protein interaction analysis beyond dedicated platform-specific workflows. Researchers can now implement Navinci’s proprietary isPLA technology on open automated staining platforms using their existing laboratory infrastructure.
The assay generates localized HRP labeling for detection of protein-protein interactions, protein expression, and post-translational modifications (PTMs) directly in FFPE tissue.
The generated HRP signal can be visualized using compatible HRP-based detection systems, enabling straightforward chromogenic detection while also supporting HRP-based fluorescence workflows.
NaveniBright™ AUTO expands the possibilities for laboratories already working with automated staining systems and looking to incorporate highly specific protein interaction analysis into existing workflows.
