New Navinci in situ proximity ligation kits for Leica BOND RX/RXm with fluorescent readout
Building on the success of our initial Naveni® in situ kits, we are now introducing two new products with fluorescence readout: NaveniFlex™ BOND RX Atto647N/Red and Naveni® PD1/PD-L1 BOND RX Atto647N/Red. These products expand the capabilities of in situ proximity ligation assays with automated workflows on the Leica BOND RX/RXm Fully Automated Research Stainer to achieve increased throughput and consistent high-quality results.
Our portfolio now includes both chromogenic and fluorescence readouts, providing researchers with greater flexibility for in situ detection. Based on the innovative Naveni® in situ proximity ligation technology, these kits are designed for seamless integration into your automated research processes, ensuring reliability, sensitivity, and ease of use.
NaveniFlex BOND RX Atto647N/Red introduces a new assay, seamlessly integrating fluorescent readout automation on the Leica Biosystems BOND RX platform. Based on Navinci’s advanced Naveni® in situ proximity ligation technology, this in situ kit provides flexibility tailored to customers’ primary antibodies and targets.
Naveni® PD1/PD-L1 BOND RX Atto647N/Red addresses a critical need in immuno-oncology by enabling specific detection of PD1/PD-L1 interactions in situ. This capability improves reproducibility and throughput, allowing researchers to study this key immune checkpoint in larger cohorts.
