Description

NaveniBright™ AUTO is a flexible automation kit that brings Navinci’s proprietary in situ proximity ligation assay (isPLA) technology to automated staining workflows. Using mouse and rabbit primary antibodies of choice, the assay enables highly specific detection of protein-protein interactions, protein expression and post-translational modifications (PTMs) directly in FFPE tissue.

The assay generates localized HRP labeling that can be visualized using compatible chromogenic or fluorescence-based detection systems. Platform-specific implementation protocols and technical support are available to assist assay setup and optimization on automated staining platforms.

Product code: 60060

Included in the NaveniBright™ AUTO kit:

  • Anti-mouse Navenibody
  • Anti-rabbit Navenibody
  • Reagents for blocking, antibody dilution, signal amplification and HRP labeling

The kit contains all Navinci reagents required to perform the isPLA workflow up to generation of a localized HRP signal.
