Terms and conditions

1. Sponsor

The “Navinci Spatial Interactomics Grant Program 2026” (hereinafter, the “Program”) is sponsored by Navinci Diagnostics AB, with headquarters at Uppsala, Sweden (“Sponsor”).

 

2. Binding Agreement

By entering this Program, applicants (“Applicant(s)” or “You”) agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Entries submitted on behalf of an entity must be authorized by the respective organization. Any violation of these terms may result in disqualification at the discretion of the Sponsor.

 

3. Program Period

The Program begins at 12:00 PM CET on April 16, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM CET on May 31, 2026 (“Program Period”). Winners names, affiliations and project titles will be announced in a press release and on social media channels on June 17, 2026.

The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or modify the program period if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical disruptions or regulatory changes.

 

4. Eligibility

  • Open to research institutions (private or academic), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) and pharma/biotech companies performing life sciences research.
  • Applicants must be located in or conduct substantial business within the USA, Canada, EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, UK, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Australia, Korea, Japan, India, or Israel.
  • The lead applicant must have relevant scientific experience and be affiliated with a qualifying institution.
  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and independent contractors of Navinci Diagnostics AB (“Sponsor”), together with their immediate family members and members of the same households (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate.

 

5. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Applicants must:

  • Submit a completed application form through the designated online portal.
  • Include a research proposal describing how the multiplex isPLA technology will be utilized.
  • Provide institutional authorization where required.
  • Ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete at the time of submission.

Only one (1) entry per applicant is permitted. Incomplete or duplicate applications will be disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to request additional information from applicants if necessary.

 

6. Selection of Prize Winners

Entries will be reviewed by a panel of scientific experts based on:

  • Scientific impact of the proposed study.
  • Feasibility and innovation of the research proposal.
  • Previous experience with multiplex protein detection or related techniques.
  • Alignment with the isPLA multiplex technology capabilities.
  • Potential for future collaboration and development in the field.

Winners will be contacted via email and must confirm acceptance within 14 calendar days. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the award, and an alternate winner may be selected.

 

7. Prizes

Awarded applicants will receive:

  • A free 9-plex kit for the detection of PPIs, individual proteins and phosphorylations from a choice of a library of validated targets

Runners up will receive:

  • A one-off discount for a future purchase of a multiplex isPLA kit (details to be provided to winners).
  • Priority access to future Navinci research programs and collaborations.

Winners’ prizes are non-transferable and must be used before December 31, 2026. Runners up discounts are non-transferable and must be used before December 31, 2026. If a winner is unable to utilize the prize within the specified period, they must inform the Sponsor immediately.

 

8. Taxes & Duties

All taxes, customs duties, and fees associated with receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners are advised to consult their institution’s financial or legal department regarding tax implications.

 

9. Confidentiality

Confidential data submitted by applicants will be handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for evaluating applications and program administration. Sponsor agrees not to disclose any proprietary research details without prior consent from the applicant.

 

10. Intellectual Property and Publicity

By submitting an entry, winners grant Navinci the right to use their name, institution, and project summary for promotional purposes. Navinci will not claim ownership over any applicant’s research data or findings.

Any publications or presentations resulting from the research must acknowledge Navinci’s support. Winners are encouraged to collaborate with the Sponsor on any resulting publications or conference presentations.

 

11. Liability Limitations

Sponsor shall not be held liable for any technical errors, lost entries, or damages incurred during program participation. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

Participants assume all risks related to the use of the multiplex isPLA technology. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any unforeseen consequences resulting from research activities conducted under this grant. Sponsor shall not be responsible for outcomes resulting from individual biological variability or failure, as biological responses may differ and are beyond the Sponsor’s control.

 

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at its sole discretion.

The Sponsor also reserves the right to revoke an award if the winner is found to have provided false information, misrepresented their research, or violated any ethical guidelines.
