Spatial Interactomics Grant 2026

Navinci is pleased to invite researchers working in the fields of cancer biology, immuno-oncology, cell signaling, and translational research to apply for the 2026 Spatial Interactomics Grant, to access our new, fully flexible, multiplex in situ proximity ligation assay.

Are you interested in detecting challenging and elusive proteins? Are you ready to take your proteomics research beyond expression and explore protein functional states within their spatial context? Do you want to gain insights into processes within and between cells – from basic biology to disease progression, to drug development?

With Omni, Navinci’s advanced multiplex isPLA platform, you can detect up to nine protein–protein interactions, post-translational modifications, or single protein targets simultaneously in human FFPE samples. This enables deeper insights into complex biology, including tumor–stroma interactions, immune cell states, and molecular pathways driving disease progression and treatment response.

Through the Spatial Interactomics Grant program, selected researchers will gain access to Omni kits to power their own experiments and accelerate discovery in their labs.

Apply now to be among the first to experience Omni. Submission deadline: May 31, 2026.

Two selected winners will receive:

  • A custom 9-plex kit for the detection of protein-protein interactions, phosphorylation states or single protein targets, chosen from a library of pre-validated assays, for use in human FFPE tissue with a fluorescent readout

How to apply:

Tell us, in 150 words or fewer, how Navinci’s isPLA multiplex technology would advance your research.
